I would rather wait for a call back then have the wrong info! When she called back she explained my bill, helped me change my address and saved me more money! "I initially had a great experience and elected to go through state farm despite the monthly premium being higher than what I had before due to good customer service. However, when I added my husband to my insurance I was told I would have a $20 per month discount for multicar. We never got the discount promised, when I called to check on it I was told that it wasn't set up correctly and that was why. No offer to refund what we were overcharged and the discount still doesn't show. Additionally, we went to change our renters insurance to a new address and the agent put the address in incorrectly multiple times. I didn't notice it was still 1 number off the third time I checked it for him and when I called back to fix it, was told that the price of our insurance went up as it was a new address. They had the wrong building in a multi-building apartment complex but it's literally 20ft away from the original address they had. I asked a question regarding this and then shortly after noticed we had been charged for the updated renters insurance that I did not approve as they significantly increased the price. Communication has been absolutely abismal and it has been error after error without apology or fixing anything. At this point I have spent over an hour on the phone with them just this week. I would recommend going elsewhere."
